About the Organization
Neon is a financial institution that provides digital account services. It was founded in 2016 with the purpose of combining technology and design to simplify people's financial management.
Challenge
Neon sought out Toti to participate in the Acelera Tech Talents Program, a program designed to train people in socially vulnerable situations in the technology field. Through this program, the fintech aimed to establish partnerships with specialized schools.

Solution
Provide a generalist training program in technology, divided into two stages. The first, delivered by Toti, focused on theoretical classes. Then, in a second stage planned by Neon's team, students were divided into squads to solve a programming challenge.
