Turn taxes into social impact with Tax Incentive Laws for companies
Support the Acelera Toti project using corporate tax incentive laws and contribute to the professional education of refugees and migrants in socially vulnerable situations.

What are Tax
Incentive Laws?
Tax incentive laws allow companies to allocate a portion of their owed taxes to support social, educational, cultural, sports, and other projects approved by the government.
In practice, instead of your company paying 100% of the tax directly to the government, part of that amount can be directed to projects that generate productive inclusion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does supporting Toti generate any additional cost beyond the owed tax?
No. The support is provided through Tax Incentive Laws, using part of the tax that would already be paid to the government.
How does tax deduction work when supporting an incentivized project?
Tax incentive laws for companies allow a portion of the owed tax to be allocated to projects approved by the competent authorities. When filing tax returns, the invested amount is reported and deducted from the tax payable, according to the limits set by law.
Does my company need to be in the same state as the project to support it?
Not necessarily. Companies taxed under the Real Profit regime can support projects in any state of Brazil using the Lei Rouanet.
For state or municipal laws, such as ICMS or ISS, support depends on tax collected in that state or municipality. The Toti team can guide your company on the best way to participate.
What training areas are offered in the project?
Acelera Toti is a tax incentive project that offers vocational training in various areas of the corporate environment, such as web development, data analysis, UX/UI design, and IT technical support, as well as training in marketing and the creative economy.
Can I choose the profile of the beneficiaries?
Yes. Toti works exclusively with refugees and migrants living in Brazil in socially vulnerable situations. Within this audience, your company may choose to focus on specific groups, such as women, black people, Indigenous people, or LGBTQIAP+.
Is it possible to hire the professionals trained by Toti?
Yes. Companies can support the project through Tax Incentive Laws and directly hire the trained talent, combining social inclusion with attracting qualified professionals.
Can company employees be involved in the project?
Yes. The company can involve employees in educational activities, such as career mentoring, workshops, and networking activities with beneficiaries. These initiatives make it possible to support people who are starting their careers or in a professional transition, while also strengthening engagement among company employees.
Can the company's brand be disclosed as a project supporter?
Yes. The company's brand can be disclosed as a supporter in institutional materials, communications, and project campaigns. This visibility reinforces the company's social responsibility and its role in cultural and economic development actions, strengthening its reputation with investors, clients, and employees.
Can the support be part of the company's ESG strategy?
Yes. Supporting projects through tax incentives can be part of ESG initiatives, especially in the social pillar. In addition to generating positive impact, it also contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as quality education, gender equality, and reducing inequalities.
Why is supporting the cause of refugees and migrants important?
Refugees leave their home countries fleeing war, persecution, and violence, while migrants seek better life opportunities for themselves and their families. Both face major challenges from the moment they leave their countries.
Worldwide, there are more than 100 million forcibly displaced people, according to UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.
In Brazil, between 2015 and 2024, 454,165 applications for refugee status were registered, and the country is home to more than 1 million migrants, according to the Observatory of International Migrations (OBMigra).
By supporting this cause, your company helps reduce inequalities, promotes productive inclusion, and also achieves differentiated brand positioning in the market.
How are the results monitored?
In addition to official reports, Toti shares beneficiary testimonials and impact indicators with supporting companies, allowing them to track the results and transformations generated by the project.
