Many of the people in our talent pool have been trained by Toti in technology fields, but there are also professionals with experience in other segments.

There are people with experience in communication, marketing, customer service, administrative services, and other sectors. 

We encourage the hiring of diverse people across different segments of the Brazilian job market!

Most people in our talent pool are trained by Toti, which holds quality education certification (SDG 4). We use a teaching methodology that integrates theoretical and practical concepts, in addition to providing personalized feedback and individual career mentoring.

Many of the professionals in the talent pool hold bachelor's or graduate degrees and are fluent in more than two languages. 

Furthermore, refugees and migrants are extremely dedicated and resilient, as they have had to overcome multiple challenges to reach their host country.
