Most people in our talent pool are trained by Toti, which holds quality education certification (SDG 4). We use a teaching methodology that integrates theoretical and practical concepts, in addition to providing personalized feedback and individual career mentoring.
Many of the professionals in the talent pool hold bachelor's or graduate degrees and are fluent in more than two languages.
Furthermore, refugees and migrants are extremely dedicated and resilient, as they have had to overcome multiple challenges to reach their host country.
