Social Impact Program: a social responsibility project for companies
A social project for inclusive companies that wish to support the training and inclusion of refugees and migrants in the workforce.

How our social project works

The Social Impact Program works like this: Toti is responsible for the vocational training, offering high-quality education focused on productive inclusion. Your organization provides the resources and support needed to keep the educational projects going.
The entire program can be adapted according to your company's goals — from the content taught to the profile of the migrant audience, which may include women, Black people, LGBTQIAP+, and other marginalized groups.
The journey can also include corporate volunteer actions, strengthening employees' connection to the cause and increasing the company's engagement with the social impact generated.

Customize the social impact program to meet your organization's needs.
Promote social transformation in the lives of refugees and migrants.
Receive social impact reports during and after the program.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can be impacted by a social project with Toti?
Each vocational class has a minimum of 10 students. However, a single social project can train and impact thousands of people, organized into different classes. In addition, family members also benefit indirectly from the increase in income and the opportunities generated.
Who is the audience served by Toti in its social responsibility projects?
Toti works with refugees and migrants in socially vulnerable situations. This audience also includes women, Black people, LGBTQIAP+, and other marginalized groups who face barriers to accessing the job market.
Does Toti's social project reach beneficiaries across all of Brazil?
Yes. Our training programs are generally delivered online, allowing us to reach participants in different regions of Brazil. However, in-person training can also be offered if agreed upon with the partner company. Before starting any project, we conduct a study to identify the presence of refugees and migrants in the region, ensuring the feasibility and local impact of the initiative.
Is it possible to hire students trained by Toti?
Yes! Your company can choose to hire trained students or simply prepare them for the job market through training projects. You may hire as many professionals as you wish, according to your company's needs. The process works similarly to hiring Brazilian professionals, as all graduates have regular documentation to work legally. Besides gaining great talent, your company brings more diversity to your team by including refugees and migrants. Toti also provides support in connecting companies with qualified talent.
Why invest in the training and inclusion of refugees and migrants?
There are over 100 million forcibly displaced people in the world, according to UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. In Brazil alone, between 2015 and 2024, 454,165 applications for refugee status were registered. Additionally, the country is home to more than 1 million migrants, according to the Observatory of International Migrations (OBMigra).
Difficulty accessing the formal job market is just one of many challenges these groups face.
By investing in professional training and productive inclusion, your company promotes quality education and creates real development opportunities for groups historically underrepresented in the job market. This is a concrete way to exercise social responsibility and generate lasting positive impact.
What topics can be covered in Toti's training programs?
We can design vocational training for any area within the corporate environment, according to the partner company's goals. Currently, the most frequent learning paths are in web development, data analysis, UX/UI design, and other areas within the technology and innovation field.
These trainings cover both technical content — such as logic, programming, agile methodologies, and data fundamentals — as well as essential soft skills for the job market, including emotional intelligence, time management, leadership, and self-awareness.
All trainings are customizable, and content can be adapted or expanded according to the specific needs of each social project.
