We were founded at the end of 2016 as a university project that started from an idea among colleagues. That year, the reception of refugees in Brazil reached record levels, and with that, we decided to focus on creating high-quality jobs for people in refugee situations in the country.

In 2018, while still in college, we held our first technology training program. The class was entirely composed of migrants from the Democratic Republic of Congo. And the following year, we became a startup!

With that, we are Brazil's 1st platform for educating and including refugees and migrants in the technology market! Our purpose is to inspire change in the lives of these people through education, technology, and diversity.

César Filho

Graduated in Biology, he founded his first company in 2015. He then moved on to another mission: helping cancer patients live longer and better at a lower cost. With that, he created Wecancer.

Diogo Castro

Passionate about purpose-driven brands, he was Head of the Innovation School at LAJE and responsible for expanding Tátil Design in Europe. Today, he is a Senior Sales Executive at SS&C Intralinks.

Edu Valladares

Edu is a teacher with a degree in Literature from UERJ. Today he works as a learning experience designer. He is the founder of EDU VLLD – Education & Vulnerability and is also a speaker.

Harley Gomes

Engineering Manager at Nubank, Harley has worked with agile methodology for over 15 years. Since then, he has been helping companies create frameworks in an agile way.

Heloisa Andrade

Co-founder of Mezcla Diversidade, a diversity and inclusion consultancy. She also holds a master's degree in Physics and Environmental Engineering, and is a specialist in Digital Marketing.

João Braga

CEO of Booming, a company in the investment, development, and corporate innovation sector. He also serves on the board and as a partner in other companies, such as Investe Favela and others.

Matheus Costa

Graduated in IT Management from Instituto Infnet, Matheus has experience at companies such as Deloitte, TIVIT, and Petrobras. He is currently a co-founder and Director at Hyper.

Monique Evelle

Founder of Inventivos, she is one of the "sharks" on Shark Tank Brasil. LinkedIn Top Voice and "30 under 30" by Forbes, she is among the 50 most creative professionals in Brazil by Wired Magazine.

Pedro Pirim

Co-founder of VOZ Futura and entrepreneur, Pedro has run companies in marketing, cultural production, content, media, and entertainment. He has worked at companies such as Red Bull and Reserva
